It's beginning to look a lot like Xmas

This has been a wacky year for Texas in terms of weather. The state has been known for its unpredictable weather--everything from humid, rainy summers to Hurricanes. This year I even experienced the effects of a hurricane and today, out of nowhere, snow! Usually, for people who have to deal with snow every winter, know it is not a big deal but for us Texans, it's an anomaly. Today, as I stepped outside for a cigarette, I was welcomed by a flurry of snow falling from the sky. By the end of the night, the city looked like this.

Wow, you guys really did get snow! Not such a bad thing though, I always thought cigarettes smelled better in the cold. Something about the cold air just makes that smoke sing.

Enjoy it while it lasts!

ha ha. it's nothing compared to what you guys get but still, it was awesome and it made it feel like the holidays.
